These Terms of Usage ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website located at getindiaonline.com and all related services, including website design, digital marketing, and hosting services (collectively, the "Services").

By placing an order, making a payment, submitting business information, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to these Terms. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and GetIndiaOnline.

GetIndiaOnline provides the following services to small businesses and individuals in India:

Website Services

• Professional website design and development
• Website hosting on yourname.in.page subdomains
• Custom domain setup and configuration
• Mobile-responsive website creation
• Website content updates and maintenance

Digital Marketing Services

• Social media management (Facebook, Instagram)
• Social media poster and creative design
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign management
• WhatsApp marketing assistance

All services are provided on a paid basis. We do not offer any free website or free hosting services. Service scope, pricing, and deliverables are determined at the time of purchase and may be communicated via WhatsApp, email, or our website.

To use our Services, you must meet the following criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age
• You must be a resident or registered business in India
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
• You must provide accurate and truthful business and contact information
• If acting on behalf of a business, you must have the authority to bind that business to these Terms

Placing an Order

Orders for our services can be placed via our website contact form, WhatsApp, email, or any other official channel. An order is considered confirmed only after receipt of payment and a confirmation message from our team.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date business information
• Submit all required content (logo, images, text) in a timely manner
• Respond to queries from our team within a reasonable time
• Review and approve draft deliverables promptly
• Keep your contact information current

Payment Terms

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Full payment (or the agreed advance payment) must be received before work begins
• We accept UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, and bank transfers
• Recurring services (hosting, maintenance) are billed annually or as agreed
• Late payment may result in service suspension

Renewals

For hosting and maintenance plans, renewal invoices will be sent at least 15 days before the due date. It is your responsibility to ensure timely payment to avoid service interruption. We are not liable for loss of data or website downtime caused by non-payment.

We aim to deliver all websites within 24–48 hours of receiving complete business information and confirmed payment. However, the following conditions apply:

• Delivery timelines begin only after full payment and all required content are received
• Complex projects or custom requirements may take longer — this will be communicated upfront
• We will provide a draft for your review before going live
• Up to 2 rounds of revisions are included in the standard plan unless otherwise specified

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you provide to us (business name, logo, images, text, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display it solely for the purpose of building and maintaining your website.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the right to use all content you provide
• Your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
• Your content does not violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Your content does not contain false, misleading, or defamatory information
• Your content does not promote illegal activities or products

Our Intellectual Property

All website templates, designs, code, tools, branding, and content created by GetIndiaOnline remain our intellectual property. Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the completed website. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute our work without written permission.

Portfolio Rights

We reserve the right to display your completed website in our portfolio and as sample work for marketing purposes, unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.

You agree not to use our Services for any of the following purposes:

• Any activity that is illegal under Indian law or applicable regulations
• Selling counterfeit, pirated, or prohibited goods and services
• Publishing adult content, gambling, or hate speech
• Spreading misinformation, fake news, or fraudulent content
• Impersonating another individual, company, or government entity
• Collecting personal data from website visitors without consent
• Sending spam, unsolicited communications, or malware
• Any activity that violates another person's intellectual property or privacy rights
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate our platform or services

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law, GetIndiaOnline shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services
• Loss of business, revenue, profits, or data
• Website downtime, data loss, or service interruptions caused by third-party hosting providers
• Errors or omissions in content provided by the client
• Any harm resulting from unauthorized access to your account or data
• Failure to achieve specific business results from your website

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service in question during the preceding 3 months.

We want you to be satisfied with our services. Our refund policy is as follows:

Eligible for Refund

• If work has not yet begun — full refund within 7 days of payment
• If we are unable to deliver the agreed service — full refund
• If the delivered work does not match the agreed scope after all revision rounds — partial refund at our discretion

Not Eligible for Refund

• After the website has been delivered and approved by you
• Change of mind after work has begun
• Delays caused by your failure to provide required content or approvals
• Annual hosting or domain fees after the service period has started
• Digital marketing services after campaigns have been launched

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@getindiaonline.com. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Either party may terminate the service arrangement under the following conditions:

Termination by You

• You may cancel ongoing services by providing 30 days' written notice
• You will remain responsible for any fees owed up to the termination date
• Your website content and data will be provided to you upon request within 30 days of termination

Termination by Us

• We may terminate or suspend services immediately for violation of these Terms
• We may terminate services for non-payment after 15 days of notice
• We may discontinue a particular service with 30 days' notice to existing customers

Your privacy is important to us. By using our Services, you also agree to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

In summary:

• We collect only the information necessary to provide our Services
• We do not sell your personal information to third parties
• We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data
• We may contact you via WhatsApp, phone, or email regarding your orders and updates

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.

Dispute Resolution Process

• In case of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation
• If unresolved within 30 days, either party may pursue formal legal remedies
